I started with sewing small dolls and then decided to sew larger ones. The small ones were about 35 cm and the big ones about 56 cm. Big dolls are cool, their faces are easier to model. However, they are a bit too big for me. In small ones, you can’t get so much mobility in the arms and legs. However, I don’t really like the joints in the hands. I prefer when the hand is one piece.
I decided to make another doll model. I wanted to combine in it what I like most about previously sewn dolls. I made the pattern myself. I was lucky, it turned out that everything fit the first time. Corrections were not needed. The doll is 40 cm tall. It is neither too big nor too small. For comparison, I photographed her with Wednesday so you can see the difference.
